Hello and welcome to my Certificated Location caravan site. Approx 3 miles from Bourton on the Water which is full of attractions including Birdland and The Model Village, Adams Farm is 15 minutiae drive away
We are situated in the glorious Cotswolds, with unspoilt views across the fields. There are regular sightings of Barn Owls, small birds of prey, Buzzards, and Deer. This is a farm site with horses, sheep and chickens, therefore dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and please clean up after them when on the site. The chickens are extremely friendly, and do not believe that cars are dangerous! There are lots of footpaths, excellent dog walking and cycling routes, and course fishing locally.
The village pub "The Plough" is within easy walking distance. Dogs are welcome and the food is excellent. Booking at peak times is advisable. Adams Farm is one of many local attractions within a short drive from the site.
The site is a well maintained part sloping field, with lots of room to spread out and point in any direction, there is a two hook and a three up point about 30 metres apart, parking on top of each other is unnecessary and should be avoided! It is a field not a manicured lawn, and when it rains there could be mud!
The entrance is by the village school and arriving at 8.45am and 3.30pm should be avoided. Get straight before you turn. The entrance is at least 14' wide but care is needed not to cut the corner, access is easiest from Cheltenham side.

My dea of how a CL can be- no pitching restrictions, beautiful views, lots of space and a friendly owner! We had seen this site whilst staying at the nearby CMC site last year and decided to book for a New Year break. So glad we did! Beautiful area with great walking from the site and a good pub in the village. Thank you Miranda, we hope to return in the Spring.
Peaceful with wide open spaces
Very impressed with our first CL. Nice views, quiet neighbours (horses, sheep, pheasants and rabbits), lots of space. Easy walk to pub, <5 minutes. Didn’t meet the owner Miranda, but easy to reach by phone and very friendly. No arrival or departure time restrictions. £12 a night, with EHU. We’ll visit again!
We love this CL. Good open 'field' adjacent to farm with pleasant views all round situated in the middle of a charming Cotswold village. Helpful owner with no restrictions on arrival or departure and the practical instruction to water the weeds with the grey water sums up the venue really. Fresh eggs on sale in the village (if you are up early enough) and a pub within safe walking distance too.
Peace and beauty make this a wonderful CL
So peaceful with beautiful views over the valley, set in a large field surrounded by horses, sheep and chickens as well as plenty of wild life to spot. Charming Cotswold village with great pub. Many places of interest nearby as well as walks straight from the site. One of the best!
Ideal site for a Cotswold holiday
We spent 3 nights here and found the site to be very spacious and peaceful with nice views. We did not meet the owner as she was away but found her to always be contactable and helpful if needed. The village itself is very pretty and unspoilt with a great pub on the doorstep serving good beer, wine and food. Some wonderful villages close by either for visiting or on a walk. The turn into the site just next to the school was a little awkward but nothing major, if you miss it though you may have problems. Would like to come back and spend longer.
The best CL we have stayed on!
We stayed here with a large caravan at the end of May 2017 ( Bank holiday) So peaceful, lovely views and great walks . Miranda is a lovely lady and the CL is very well run. If you like peace and quiet, great views, good walking area and lots of chocolate box villages to explore then this is the CL for you, will certainly visit again.
