Lovely situation

The site is just over a mile from Lampeter which is worth a visit if only to have lunch in Granny’s cafe. Still under development the site does not yet have hard standings or a toilet but electric hook ups are now installed. There are wonderful views all around and the site owner invited us to walk through the fields. It is very peaceful. The site is quite sloping so levelling blocks are needed. We have a 4.5 ton Carthago motorhome and it being November when we stayed and after rain we got stuck in the mud on arrival but the owner came to our rescue immediately with his farm front loader and towed us to safety in a very congenial way. There is pavement most of the way if you decide to walk into Lampeter but the last bit of road near the site has no pavement. We used Fastline cabs to ferry us to and from the site in the evening. Would highly recommend this taxi service.

Lovely Site

Absolutely Fantastic four night stay at Top Oaks. Good access on and off site (we have a big twin axel caravan). Nice tidy/clean pitches with amazing views, Lovely wildlife and even Birds of prey that my children were fascinated with. Very welcoming site owners who were more than happy to help. Local amenities a few minutes drive or cycle that had everything we needed. We Will definitely be returning to this site in the future.

Great new site

We enjoyed a nights stay at this newly opened site whilst visiting friends in Lampeter. The hosts were very welcoming and helped us to get out of the field due to heavy rain. Nothing was too much of a problem. They have to put a lot of effort into making this a lovely little cl hideaway. We wish them all the luck and we will be back when visiting again. Thank you.
